Change of Mind Returns

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

Condition:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Costs:
Return shipping isn’t included for change-of-mind returns.

How to Start:
Simply email support@charlottes-atelier.com with your order number and the reason for return.
I’ll respond with a clear confirmation email containing step-by-step instructions and the return address for our warehouse in China.

Please wait for this confirmation email before sending your parcel.


Where to Send Your Return

All returns are processed through our returns warehouse in China.
The full address will be provided in your confirmation email.
Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.


Exchanges & Faulty Items

Exchanges:
You’re welcome to request an exchange within 30 days, depending on availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days with photos.
I’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and in these cases, we cover reasonable return postage once assessed.


Refunds

Processing Time:
We inspect returns within 2–5 business days after your parcel is marked delivered to our warehouse.

Payout:
Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

You’ll receive an email confirmation the moment your return is approved.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if they haven’t been processed yet.
Please email us promptly with your order number.


What Isn’t Returnable (for hygiene & safety)

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear (unless faulty)
